Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging including free items.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be completely undamaged, or alternated.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. EMRIST does not provide prepaid return labels. Please ensure all returns are sent using a tracked and insured delivery service, as EMRIST LTD cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personalised and custom-made products, all personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:
- Engraved jewellery
- Sale items or gift cards
- Special custom orders
- Made-to-order personalised pieces
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
When labelling the customs form please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to us will be subtracted from your refund amount if this is not done.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Cancelling Existing Order
Orders can be requested to be cancelled prior to being shipped out. Please note this request is not possible if the order has already been shipped or the request is received after the shipment of the package.
Klarna Orders
Orders paid using Klarna will be refunded back through Klarna. Your payment schedule will be adjusted automatically by Klarna once the refund has been processed.
