Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During busy periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders containing personalised, custom-made, or pre-order items will be dispatched once all items within the order are ready. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for ready-to-ship items and custom/pre-order pieces.

Shipping

Once dispatched, delivery times typically range between 2–10 working days depending on your location and selected shipping method. During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

Please note that personalised and engraved items require additional time to create and may take longer to dispatch than standard items. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and EMRIST LTD is unable to cover or reimburse any customs-related costs.
